From Formula Ledger to Filled Jar: How Amadeus Makes One Facial Cream

1. Begin with the formula and its materials

Our formula ledger introduces the materials used in the cream and explains their functions. It connects familiar ingredients, such as tallow and rosehip seed oil, with the emulsifier, supporting ingredients, preservation system, and antioxidant used alongside them.

The public ledger helps readers understand the formula. It is an ingredient guide rather than a set of manufacturing instructions.

2. See the cream during mixing

The short clip below shows the mixer working in a large glass beaker while smaller beakers are held in the foreground. At this point in the process, phases one and two are being mixed, with phase-three materials still separate.

3. Follow the jars through the filling line

In the walkthrough, jars travel along the conveyor into position beneath the filling nozzles. The close-up shows the cream being dispensed into the open jars.

The wider views provide context for that close-up: the conveyor, filling equipment, controls, and operator are parts of the same production setup.

This is the filling stage of the process. The separate mixing clip shows the cream before it reaches this equipment.

4. Follow labeling and collection

The later shots show closed jars moving through the labeling equipment. The Amadeus Apothecary product label becomes visible as the jars travel along the line.

The final scene shows labeled jars reaching the collection table, where they are counted. Together, these views connect the cream being filled with the recognizable finished package.
